I'd be fine with the True ending, if they took out Rider and upped the element of their guilt and stuff.
I never really saw what people have with Rider staying. She saved Rin, and didn't feel like disappearing, what was so bad about that? She lives with Sakura and Shirou, but she does her own thing.
On the other point, they could show the work Sakura did and emphasize what she implied about working hard to avoid crushing herself with guilt by staying in one place. That, and the way her and Shirou's relationship developed and the trials they faced after he got an actually functioning body. Maybe an interlude from the couple's perspectives. Though I have no real hope for that unless it's a series of movies. Which is kind of why I wanted a series, but I digress.

Be proud of Rin, she realized she didn't need to wear unecessarily short skirts to prove her femininity and goes full conservative in her adult years.
Jokes aside, that is her official adult outfit, you have to learn to accept it. She wears kickass gloves and her hairdown style beats the twintails any day of the week.
