... I was considering doing my second Character Study on Sakura, since she's a pretty huge factor in both 'Chaos Theory' and 'In the Blood'. Even had a small opening draft ready. But following the massive explosion recently I'm a bit afraid to. Maybe a controversial character is not the best thing to be analyzing at the moment? XD

So instead, I will cunningly dodge that bullet and put it to a vote. I'd like to do another character study, and I'm wondering... what character from any of my fics would you all like to see my thought processes of? Doesn't even necessarily have to be a Type Moon story; I'll take votes on any character I've written, until, let's say... Wednesday. Democracy in action!

    Don't be afraid to write a Character Study on Sakura. If she's a big factor, she's a big factor, and that particular version of her is indeed quite fascinating.

    Well, I'm going to say Sakura, even if I might not like what you have to say, or remotely agree with it....

    You could do Sakura without worry, but hey, if you think it's controversial already, then are you worried over something? You protest too much otherwise. But I'm quite curious also to see what plans you have for Ilya, or for Shirou himself.

    And explosion? Hah. I've seen more tension during the Shuffle wars on Animesuki.

    I'm worried because Sakura is a very intriguing case to analyze, and definitely a constant, interesting challenge for me to write... but she's also extremely divisive. Say what you will about the gal, it is almost impossible to just be neutral on the subject of her. I plan to be respectful (I write her with total respect, and I have no intention of analyzing her any differently), but emotions tend to run high when she's involved and I don't want a small war starting up.


    That said, she also seems to have won, and the people get what the people vote for. I'll give it another hour or so, but she's looking like the leader.

    As long as you're analysing her "respectfully", then I see no reason for me to explode. I may disagree with some of what you say, but I would hope not, since I believe my interpretation of her to be right, and if I do I'll try to correct you without shouting.
