Posting in my blog because everything is just getting lost in the GO thread.
So there's a common concept in mobage which is you run something call daily dungeons/quests. And in these quests you can get different material on a different day.
This is a list for what you can get each day for Grand Order.
The second column is the name of the quest. You will find them in the Chaldea Gate from the main menu.



Monday: Spark Collecting <Three Knights>: Saber, Lancer, Archer EXP cards
Open the Treasury Door: QP
Tuesday: Spark Collecting <Four Cavalry>: Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker EXP cards
Three Knights Showdown: Saber, Lancer, Archer Ascension items
Wednesday: Open the Treasury Door: QP
Four Cavalry Showdown: Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker Ascension items

Thursday: Spark Collecting <Three Knights>: Saber, Lancer, Archer EXP cards
Monster Hunting <Three Knights>: Saber, Lancer, Archer Skill up items
Friday: Spark Collecting <Four Cavalry>: Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker EXP cards
Monster Hunting <Four Cavalry>: Rider, Caster, Assassin, Berserker skill up items
Saturday: Open the Treasury Door: QP
Dawn's Harvest (Shine) <All classes>: 7 Classes EXP cards

Sunday: Friend Fight: Gain Bond Points easily.
Master Training: Can gain a lot of Master EXP.
