Hello! Guess this could be an extended introduction, a la part deux of my introduction in GD. The name's KorsaBlade. I'm currently a sophomore at the Georgia Insitute of Technology in Atlanta, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. While my account is a relatively new one, I've been lurking for a decent amount of time on BL (couple of months or so). Before lurking, I tried to avoid the forum to keep away from major spoilers while I caught up with Type Moon materials. Currently learning (read: self-teaching myself) Japanese in order to read moonrunes as well as Spanish (been learning for years) and Welsh (started around the same time as Japanese). I'm a huge anime/manga/LN/VN, JRPG, and fighting game nut, so feel free to message me about any of those subjects (though I'll likely be being a huge nerd in the General forums). First introduction into the Nasuverse was the DEENime (which I will forever hold as not being as garbage of an anime as many people believe it to be, though as an adaptation on the other hand...).
Miscellaneous Stuff:
- Favorite fighting game is Garou: Mark of the Wolves (Main = B. Jenet). Favorite fighting game company is SNK Playmore.
- My avvie is King from The Art of Fighting/The King of Fighters. Yes, she's a lady.
- Literally just started learning hirogana a few days ago, so don't expect me to be moonruning for quite some time.
- Have not finished Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya yet. Though I've ended up being spoilered on what happens regardless. T_T
- First anime was Samurai 7. At the ripe young age of 8. First manga was Rurouni Kenshin, which still holds up as one of the best Shounen Manga in existence imo.
- I'm a huge fan of cyberpunk literature. Philip K. Dick is my jam. As for other genres, I do enjoy a good fantasy novel (currently in the process of re-reading Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman), and I am a fan of other science fiction outside of cyberpunk.
- No. No I'm not a sockpuppet.
- Yes. Yes I am an actual human being.
