Intentionally avoid the relevant brands whenever you see sponsored messages like that at the end of Youtube videos? As in, not just tune-out but actively develop a sense of disgust for the brand when it happens.
I'm not sure why this happens and often it makes me wonder why sponsors still do this (if anything it makes me want to avoid their product more).
