I dreamed about this last night. It may turn out like a bad creepypasta or a bad story plot, but here it goes.

I dreamt that I was one of the testers for a game. There’s no title, just a dark mansion, and a prompt of “New Game”. It’s on a Playstation format, though I don’t remember which version is it. I played through 3 – 6 routes, a progressive type of story line in play as Fate/Stay Night’s, all of them involving detective work about finding out the characters’ motivations for being in that mansion. Several of them have psychological issues, but they are resolved upon the protagonist’s intervention. They are even labeled “Good End” upon finishing it.

Then on my 7^th playthrough, I saw a prompt that says “???” instead of New Game Plus. When I played through it, this is where I found out that I am playing through a survival horror genre, where the mansion is a location on which the protagonist is never meant to be in, and that there’s a being that looks like Lisa from the Playable Teaser Version of the defunct Silent Hills, who is the main antagonist of the game and the reason for the other characters’ psychological issues upon entering that mansion.

It even is chasing or jump – scaring the protagonist at various points of the game, earning you a bad end. It also addresses the player, not the protagonist, as the reason for the characters’ existences in the first place, and the reason why the being is in the mansion in the first place.

It is also on that 7^th playthrough that you are given items to defend yourself, but it will be game over if you even encounter that being in jumpscare mode.

Not even the characters that you helped in various routes can save you as they also die from that being.

Then I woke up, and found out that I am late for my shift. -.-
