    They're all canon classes, just the symbols are fanmade.
    Saver is from /EXTRA, it's Buddha's class.
    Watcher and Gatekeeper are from /strange Fake. Watcher is a servant whose name is unknown (though most people think it's SPOILERMoby Dick), who's more of an observer-type Servant meant to guide the Master, and it's been said that "properly summoned" it would be in the Gatekeeper class, though we don't know anything else about that except Gil was going to have it early on.
    Faker is from Case Files, a Servant called SPOILER I THINK?Iskandar's Shadow has it, a class of imitators and counterfeits.
