When would Duel of the Fates start playing in your day to day life?

I reckon it would play when I'm having the worst painful dump ever. Either halfway squeezing a log out or midway going through a diarrhea fountain, a spider comes outta nowhere and crawls up me leg. That's when the choir hits its peak.
