When Septem ended, Nero briefly took hold of the Grail & used Domus Aurea's theatrical ability to give themselves the ability to change between their original Male form & an Arturia(Peter's Main Servant for his Part 1 Alien God Simulation)-Based female form since they found her quite beautiful(Like everyone ever in F/SN), but made modifications upon identity theft accusations made by both Peter & Arturia, hence the olive green eyes, different Venus Inspired Hair, shorter height & bigger boobs. The Moon Cell observed all singularities since Earth's timelines were messed up & recorded this form as an "Authentic Acceptable Nero Look". This change would have an extra(pun) effect in the Moon Grail War, where Nero would initially be summoned as the opposite sex of the player & then after reaching a higher bond, the player would reveal which sex they would actually prefer(for sexuality or other reasons) & Nero would change accordingly or to avoid SexTargeting NPs(Like Maria the ripper).

Peter's Crypter Meeting Lostbelt Report:


This Lostbelt diverged from PHH due to Camelot not being fated to fall, allowing it to prosper until present day.
In this timeline, "King Arthur" revealed her true identity of Arturia Pendragon, thus preventing Agravain's accusations of Guinevere & Lancelot's affair thus preventing the chain of events leading to the Battle of Camlann. Camelot thus "fell" once & "King Arthur" ceased to exist, however Arturia still had the loyalty & trust of several if not most of her Knights & then went about rebuilding the country's trust in her from scratch.
Free from the "role" of "King" & the weight of Britain's prophesied doom, Arturia fully embraced her own personality, ideals & powers, mastering them, magecraft & her Noble Phantasms. This caused Caliburn to reappear, with the reveal that it initially actually broke, not because Arturia broke the rules of chivalry, but because she wasn't being true to herself. Caliburn chose HER to rule, not "King Arthur" & the strain over the years caused it to weaken.
Now after establishing stable friendly relationships with the other rulers of Britain, including Morgan, Scáthach & others, both human & supernatural, Arturia & her new Camelot went about uplifting Britain into a new age of prosperity for a few years of training & rest from the weariness of war. An earlier & Greater focus on Sapient Rights, more broad, efficient & enforced UN charter. A far more secular society.

Magic being common public knowledge, out in the open, due to knowledge that The Grand Order is just a hamster wheel made up by Goetia to keep the necessary bloodlines alive. This led to magic being better developed, regulated & distributed, treated like a science with shared research, peer review, etc... Magus Mentality & the myriad of problems plaguing the PHH Mages' Association are non-existent.
Abolishment of the feudal class system, nobility & monarchy rendered obsolete. A Round Table meritocracy throughout levels of ruling from local to national, was established in its place
Camelot then began reaching out outside of Britain, extending their early Sapient Rights Revolution with Arturia, who was chosen by Caliburn as the ideal ruler, at its center.
There is no Conquest per say, with Camelot lending support to the oppressed & then helping them set up their own rulers, actually working how it should ideally be).
Scientific advancement started happening much faster in Britain, because it is encouraged by general education, meritocracy & there being no repression, so while it was slightly slower than PHH, due to lack of resources & globalization(18th to 21st Century Steam Engine to Space Travel & 4G(Information Era)), by the 9th 10th century they had everything we have.
Rhongomyniad was used to Unseal just enough, so the world didn't go to Age of Gods levels immediately, but over time so Humanity had time to adapt. Some Gods saw a resurfacing(especially those similar to Arturia), so the Pantheons got rearranged with some Gods being usurped, others dying out, others losing against Camelot(Excalibur One-shot Velber 14k years ago so losing battle there).
This continuation of rule was possible due to Arturia still having Avalon & fully mastering it, being able to control whether she ages & heals or not, able to share this blessing with other people even without implanting Avalon, which is how the KoRT & several others made it to the present day.




Humanity has achieved far more than PHH, & transhumanism is one of them, now Magecraft & Od based arts(Basically nen) are as common as PE & Sciences in schools & colleges, common used as an extension of the body & technology which has advanced as pure mechanics, pure magic & magitek, in case one of them ever fails.


People are all semi-spiritual lifeforms, only taking damage from magic energy same as Servants & are as physically enhanced as the lowest Servant by default. This makes the Lostbelts Servants much stronger though since the people powering their fame boost are themselves much stronger. In a Super Weight scale an average citizen is easily a 3, a High 2 at least. All can commune with animals, Phantasmals & other such magical entities.


Compared to Olympus where everyone has nanotech, everyone here has biotech in the form of SLIME, which comes in several forms, Internal Infusion(ICHOR), Biosuit(Symbiote), Bioships & slimes(water elementals) ranging from cute & little to the leviathans that roam the oceans(Harvesting materials & providing security), all blessed by Nimue(Now a full blown water goddess).
