Only one version of a Heroic Spirit in the whole thing. By every Servant, I mean all Heroic Spirits already in the Throne when the Incineration happened, so any that were added to it during OG FGO, only exist in Chaldea or are a different form empowered by outside sources later don't count.
Chaldea summoning is not gacha, uses catalysts like normal. Servant physical objects can be used as Catalysts, however the Servant themselves have the same effect as a Master, a similar personality will be summoned, not connection or power.

In this AU Singularity F was a camouflage Singularity, set up so the other 7 weren't observable until it disappeared. Due to how it was made, the Fuyuki human souls were displaced, which were then used as vessels by various Divine & Heroic Spirits thus originating Pseudo-servants, & given its connection to the Holy Grail War & the fold it created in time other souls connected to Holy Grail Wars & its participants were also drawn in due to causality. There this is why Divine spirits & Heroic Spirits always seem to pick known characters.

Also might change the singularities & add a few more scenarios into each one & then decide which ones to keep simultaneous. Want a true chaos feel like maximum effort into throwing the singularity out of order.
For Rome was thinking of adding Agamenmon's Army, Amazons, Huns & Queen Dino as new factions coming from different directions. Amazons are pissed at Roman misogyny despite their help in the Trojan War. The other 3 are rather obvious.
For Jerusalem was thinking of having Abrahamic figures in Jerusalem under siege from other religions Divine Spirit Pseudo-Servants, with the premise being that "Solomon" BS them into believing that, who ever takes Jerusalem in the end will end up the dominant religion instead of Christianity. So you would have Hindu, Norse, Egyptian, Greek, etc... factions outside Jerusalem, with the Gods possessing whichever Servant has the most affinity with their Divinity, like Heracles has the most Zeus divinity, so it is a Zeus=Heracles Servant, or someone from the Pseudo-Servant criteria explanation above^.
