They are "special products" in the sense that they were all "emotion" focused and "incomplete". BB didn't cut off 9 tails and those 9 tails turn into 9 different foxes (like Tamamo), nor did they were created from fabrications of a legend (like Bluebeard), nor were they created from an aspect of BB that exist at one point in her life (like Chef Bhima, cunny Tiamat). BB separated an emotion from herself, create a soul in the Moon Cell to house said emotion, then due to the product being incomplete and too weak she reinforced them by giving them the id_es skills to amplify the emotions they represent, which came from mashing multiple Divine Spirits data together. It's not the end result that makes them different, it's how they were created.
