I always get random cricks in my shoulders. When I headed to Japan and indulged in overly expensive baths, I bought some of these muscle patches. My friend wanted some so I bought some for her and decided to buy some for myself to try.



It kinda works but sadly it gives me a localized rash that lasts for the better part of a week. I think it's just a typical adhesive allergy, I remember getting some itchiness from bandages and shit which I just shrug off. But of course this thing is a lot bigger so it's a lot more noticeable.

It's not too itchy but I need to be careful not to scratch it or it causes a cascade of it getting itchier.

I ended up using a second patch today cause I had another shoulder crick.
