So where did the Avengers all go to at the end? I've seen some people say they left for Antartica and others say they burned their saint graphs and desummoned with only shadows left to god knows where.

The Avengers don't tell where they go. Telling would defeat the point of the resolution. The lesson Fujimaru got out of the Avenger experience is that the blood and flame they add to the table is not something Fujimaru approves of and that the journey can't reach Fujimaru's desired conclusion unless they properly part ways with their Avengers. It's a painful decision but both sides want Fujimaru to stay true to themselves, so the Avengers simply leave. The only answer to where the Avengers go is "away". They're not compatible with Fujimaru's ideals, so they don't belong wherever their journey takes.
