Nothing quite says "average highschool life" like narrowly escaping death by purple-haired cool big sisters on lawyer-friendly Vespas, Sunohara getting the snot kicked out of him (again), vandalism of school property, and setting up school clubs.










Kyou, why are your interactions with Tomoya so awesome? You're quickly becoming one of my favorite characters at this rate.








Man, Fuuko is awfully clingy about that knife. Take it easy, it's not like it's the Nanatsu-Yoru or a family heirloom.

...wait, now I'm getting the mental image of Assassin-Fuuko and it's hilariously awesome.

Aside from the fun little diversions in this episode and the introduction of Kotomi Ichinose the major important things that happened was Tomoya encouraging Nagisa to resurrect the theater club and the reveal about how Tomoya was abused in the past. Frankly, if my dad screwed my arm up that badly in a fight when I was younger with him I'd probably be fairly paranoid around him too as a result of the trauma.

Now, while domestic abuse is still pretty bad I have a feeling that there's more to it than what was shown in just this episode. I'm pretty interested in learning of the significance behind this and how it will affect the Tomoya's interactions with the characters in the future.

Oh, yeah. And Strange Alone Girl from the Future(?) is working on a pile of junk. More on that later, because right now episode 3 is calling to me.
